::It has been switched back to the picture of the current belt. It needs to changed back to the older image since the picture is being used on the past designs of the WWE Championship article to represent the old spinner belt (which was replaced by the new belt) and is now a picture of the current belt in a section where it does not belong. Since we already have an image of the new belt of the Wikipedia article in question (of better quality I may add) this needs to be changed back since there is no reason whatsoever for this picture of be of the current belt. Also, is there some way to prevent the picture from being changed again since this is not the first time that this has happened and there is no valid reason for the change?--[[Special:Contributions/64.229.164.74|64.229.164.74]] 23:41, 10 March 2013 (UTC)

*'''Comment''' - I have no idea if this is a legitimate exercise of a photo of a utilitarian object or an unauthorized derivative work. But I would like to make two points: (1) please don't re-upload it to Wikipedia as fair use - it's not legitimate fair use to show pictures of every belt ever used. We have a specific prohibition on galleries of fair use images. (2) There's a whole category of [[:Category:WWE championship belts]]. Sure, some of them could be argued to be nominal use (analogous to a photo of a group of people and one of them is wearing a t-shirt with a copyrighted design) but most of them are just images of the belt. There should probably be a mass deletion request if these are not legitimate. --[[User:UserB|UserB]] ([[User talk:UserB|talk]]) 12:47, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
