:While I have a moderate contempt for folks running around looking for perfectly decent photos to delete, I would argue that in these photos the (poosibly) copyrighted images are the focus of the photo, where in [[:File:Segregated cinema entrance3.jpg]] the copyright image is ''not'' the focus of the photo and the principle of [[Commons:De minimis|de minimis]] applies.
