As a side-note to the uploader: Images on the Commons must be available for commercial use. This is why we cannot accept an image unless anyone re-using the image has the right to use it under a commons-compatible license. A photo of work of art that is under copyright and which doesn't qualify for [[COM:FOP#Norway]] cannot be uploaded to the Commons without the copyright-holder of the work of art releasing it under a compatible license. Sorry. Personally, I think it's a nice image and I regret that, unless the legal issues can be solved, this must be removed from the Commons.
