{{comment}} As a longer comment, I am going to add it separately before I close the DR as kept. Works of fiction and non-fiction can be hosted at Commons. It is not the purpose of Commons to make the decision of the wikipedias whether an uploaded file is accurate as of today 2013. If a work is inaccurate, that should be noted on the talk page of the image, and the corresponding decision of whether to use the work is made and documented at the Wikipedias. If a work is inaccurately named, and the request a rename. If a work is based on a specific work, then that should be noted in the description of the file.
