:: I noticed that the uploader at Commons had access to a hi-res copy of the image, whereas Flickr only shows a lo-res version. Still, I think it is strange that uploader releases the hi-res version here as [http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/deed.en completely free], and the lo-res version as "All rights reserved".
