The [[:File:Kawagoe Station west exit forecourt artists impression.jpg]] image was published by the Kawagoe local government on its [http://www.city.kawagoe.saitama.jp/www/contents/1326680942276/index.html official website], and the other two images were published by the Moroyama local government on its [http://www.town.moroyama.saitama.jp/www/contents/1289373903743/index.html official website]. As indicated by Fastily above, the [http://www.city.kawagoe.saitama.jp/www/contents/1105264083762/index.html Kawagoe City Government website] is explicitly marked as copyright, and the [http://www.town.moroyama.saitama.jp/www/contents/1285134672234/index.html Moroyama Town Government website] also has a similar copyright notice in Japanese stating that all material on the site is copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. Despite this, my understanding is that, under Japanese law, such material published by local government authorities is actually exempt from copyright, and fall in the public domain. That is why I uploaded the three images here with the [[Template:PD-Japan-exempt]] template.
