**Well, an obvious question is how can you tell? It's so blessed tiny. In any event, http://cyclowiki.org/wiki/%D0%A4%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BB:Karta1.PNG has a full-sized version of it where you can actually see the map. This map is clearly and unambiguously copyrighted per the court ruling I cited. The map depicts an "approximate 'cenote zone'". (I have no idea what that is, but the author exercised skill and discretion in selecting it. It shows a bunch of hotels and other interesting landmarks where the author exercised skill and discretion in picking which ones he wanted to show. A map that is nothing more than an embodiment of facts is public domain. A map where there is any skill and discretion involved is copyrighted. And besides, even if it weren't copyrighted in America, the country of origin is Mexico - even if it were public domain in America (which it isn't) it's still copyrighted in Mexico. --[[User:UserB|UserB]] ([[User talk:UserB|talk]]) 15:05, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

* ''Yes; a topographical map refers to the surface features, and this is obviously subsurface. To mark artifact finds on the map is a choice, and to mark major ones is a slightly creative choice.--Prosfilaes (talk) 23:20, 13 March 2013 (UTC) Topographic map of the cave means complete (accurate) map of the ALL cave - no does not choose which parts of the cave painting, and which parts of the cave are not painting.
