However, thre is no evidence that the copyright holder has agreed to the CC-By-SA license, nor that they understand the implications of that. Mr Wales has been reeatedly and politely asked to provide something to suggest that this is the case but has refused to do so. Much as it saddens me that we have to appear to be disputing Mr Wales' word, it would be unfair to potential re-users to retain this image when its copyright status is ambiguous. I will happily restore this file if some evdence is provided that it is freely licensed, but until then, we are obliged to remove it.
