::I don't understand the meaning of your "I cannot see any harm in this image being in use myself." Anyway, you did not originally create what is shown on the screen in your image. Thereby your image is a [[COM:DW|derivative]] of the on-screen-image. If the image has any value without the on-screen part, then try to remove/blank it and the problem will be gone. In my opinion though, before we hear the viewpoints of others, I would like to say that given the contents of the 'nutshell' section of the derivative works page alon I'll state that I paid good money to see the artists in question and obv. there is no restriction upon filming or taking photographs of the performer(s) at venues such as this, esp. as at a venue where the artist performs for the public and I take a photo of the artist I fail to see how this is any form of infringement.
