Deleted: It is a derivative work and infringes on the copyright of the original. Changing the rationale won't help -- they only way it can be kept on Commons is with permission from the original photographer.

::It's a picture of a picture.... If that's not proper, then OK. However to have this article without a visual representation is kind of silly and does nothing for the reader.
