This image was nominated for speedy deletion as an ''"obvious"'' copyright violation -- because the nominator found it was also being used on [http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=556216357735853&set=a.185818881442271.42713.185818714775621&type=1&theater a facebook page]. Surely the facebook page owner could have copied the commons image, and not vice versa? Could the speedy nominator lay out how he or she determined the facebook copy came first?
