I do not have a thorough knowledge of Commons, but unknown the rule of images of recent TV show are prohibited even the image is free to use. In addition, the elimination request was made by an IP. *{{vd}} This image seems to be from a flickr [http://www.flickr.com/photos/doctorwhospoilers/ fan] site. Recent movie stills would be copyrighted by the show's TV producers. So, the image is not free for Commons unfortunately. In addition, this is avtually not a movie still but a photograph since the copyright owner is stated on the site to be the BBC--and a BBC photographer is named as the author. --[[User:Leoboudv|Leoboudv]] ([[User talk:Leoboudv|talk]]) 21:14, 30 March 2013 (UTC)
