: What is the reason to doubt the source? What is the reason to suspect this is a copyright violation. As lacking "basic information", what is lacking that is required? I hope you are aware that: 1)As being from 1995, it would not have EXIF 2)Being uploaded to Commons in 2005, it predated the use of the standard template here.
