::Watermarks don't prove copyrights necessarily. And there are many images on that website without any watermarks. For example [[:File:Sulochana receives award.jpg]] has no watermark but is clearly an event photo which they are releasing per their stated license. These images of Bachchan come from something they call "Bollywood Celebrity Features". [http://www.bollywoodhungama.com/celebrities/features/type/view/id/4792/4792 Another page in this category] uses a screenshot of Nirupama Roy. It also doesn't have a watermark and thats natural because they don't own the image.
