*{{keep}} Not seeing any valid arguments for deletion, and [[Commons:Licensing]] explains how the license is irrevocable. While the uploader's privacy concerns do seem to be bordering on the bizarre, if it is such a concern, maybe he/she could upload a new version of the image stripped of the original location data and request for the original version to be deleted from the file history.
