::::::Ched, there's a good chance of you finding English speaking users (and even bureaucrats) on those projects who can help you. Alternatively, have a look for commons or enwiki users who speak those languages and ask if they're willing to help you. I can type a rename request for you to post on French wikipedia if you like? [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Index_of_pages_where_renaming_can_be_requested This page] on meta that I started a few years ago should be able to point you to the right pages on each project to ask for a rename.
