:: I would ask the uploader to send a permission for [[:File:Nuhw.jpeg.jpg]] via the OTRS because this is necessary if the "work looks too professional to have been created by an amateur photographer (which most Commons users are)" per [[Commons:Permissions]] policy. If the uploader does not send the permission I would delete the file.; [[:File:Bogside (14), August 2009.JPG]] The FOP does not apply to graphic works - such as a mural or poster - even if they are permanently located in a public place.
