I'm here now to present Hekerui for adminship. Hekerui has been an user since 30 November 2008. Since then, he has made over 10000 edits of which 896 are in project namespace. He mostly involves in copvvio investigation, [[COM:DR]] (see [[Special:DeletedContributions/Hekerui|his 2161 deleted edits]]) and some other administrative areas. I think the mop is useful for Hekerui to clean up obvious copyvios, close DRs and directly instruct Commons Delinker. He has [[User_talk:Morning_Sunshine#Re:_Adminship|accepted]] my proposal.
