:::: Without a deep analysis of Leyo's actions, I do think that Fry's usual approach to whatever dispute he's engaged in (frequent engagement in edit warring, [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Maxxl2&action=history no dialogue with the other parties], just [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:FIFA_Logo(2010).svg&diff=93710132&oldid=93690562 some aggressive or contemptuous edit summary], [[:en:WP:HOUND|wikihounding]] of users he's got a conflict with -please notice [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Administrators%27_noticeboard/User_problems/Archive_33#User:Fry1989_on_references this] and whether there's a reason to [http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:FIFA_Logo(2010).svg&diff=93710132&oldid=93690562 overwrite] a file uploaded by Maxxl2, and his usual disdain against the commons policies whenever they don't support his stances, see above the mention to 'this silly policy' or my favorite '[http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Administrators%27_noticeboard/User_problems&diff=prev&oldid=90406436 Lazy admins ignoring this isn't going to make it go away, it will only delay the problem]') is one of the major reasons of this issue.
