::Yes, that template is marked as 'end copyvio' in that wonderful 'notify this user' script. Before blocking, I always take a look at user contributions. For new users with minimal contribs, three copyvios is a good time to give them the warning and if they ignore that and continue uploading (let's say 2 more copyvios) a block is a necessary preventative measure. In this regard, I was suggesting that [[User:Mbinebri]] notify users with that message before posting on AN & then pointing out that people tagging copyvios should check other contribs & give a final warning earlier than in this case. —[[User:Mono|'''Mono''']] 01:38, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
