Also, on English Wikipedia, [[:en:Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#G5|pages created in any namespace by banned or blocked users evading their ban or block are candidates for speedy deletion]]. That seems like sound policy, and the omission of a corresponding provision in [[Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion]] seems to be more of an oversight than an intentional decision, as there's no discussion about it on the talk page.
