I’m sorry. I don’t see the point in this category. Any possible explanation for how “registration”-scheme is serving us or why it is needed in general? Apart from my possibly poor understanding in the automotive field, this category doesn't even display a "registration" root parent whatsoever, and I can't locate why "Rolling stock by country", or others, need a "registration"-classification.
