::The council in it's wisdom has designated several different bits of town. Dale Street is not deemed part of the Buisness zone, which is around Old Hall street and because of the number of flats/hotels now on it or planned the came up with this, term.23:53, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

::: It is just a trendy name a silly term used in business, in this case by the Council. It means nothing. In actual fact regardless of whether the council include Dale Street in the "business district" it still remains a major office/business street! Even includes the Municipal Buildings and the Town Hall at the other end.
